Baba Veli Pansiyon, a small, intimate family-run hotel, is situated in delightful Ucagiz (formerly called Theimussa), also known as Kekova Village, a natural harbour next to the sea.
This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and historical importance and as such it is carefully protected by the Turkish environmental authorities.
Our family-run pansiyon is close to the famous "sunken city" of Kekova and the magnificent hilltop town of Simena/ Kalekoy. With it's picturesque castle, numerous stone tombs and pretty shopping street this town is considered one of the most outstanding beauty spots in Turkey.
The historical sites of Demre and Myra are also nearby. A private mini-bus will take you to explore these magnificent ruins which include a large amphitheatre, house tombs, stone sarcophagi and the church of St.Nicholas (Santa Claus and the patron saint of Russia).
